Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number) is required

The return request must be approved before sending the item back

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Items returned without prior authorization
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, eooqi will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
